MPU Launches Master's of Science in Space Physics and Engineering

After years of research and education, MPU is proud to launch a Masters Degree (MSc or MEng) within 2 years with part time or full time course schedule.


Earn 25 graduate-level course credits and concentrate on Astrophysics, Aerospace or Astronautical Engineering, or Planet Sciences with Thesis and Electives. Advance R&D and work with Faculty Advisor on a Thesis track (6CR) optional to culminate in thesis presented defended to earn your Masters Degree.


Elective Courses may include: 1. Aerospace/Astronautical Engineering,Space Systems and/or Electrical Engineering (3-6CR) 2. Guidance, Navigation, Control (GNC) and/or Orbital Mechanics (3-6CR) 3.MSc Thesis/Independent Study (3-6CR)


Advance R&D with MSc-Thesis which typically requires 6 CR of research, under the supervision of an advisor, faculty and culminates in a written thesis, that is presented and defended in a public forum.4-6 weeks prior to defense date and thesis committee review.
